If you're not happy, we want to make it right. We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible
- Item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to start a return
Email ellcohomeservices@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
This one's on us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
Personalized items
Custom and personalized products can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our end.
