At EllCo Home, we work with trusted suppliers and print partners to bring you quality products at fair prices. Here's what to expect.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized and made-to-order items (custom doormats, mugs, ornaments, tumblers) may take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.
Delivery times
- Standard home & organization items: 7–15 business days after processing.
- Personalized / made-to-order items: 5–12 business days after production.
Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, especially during the holidays. Some orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under that ship at a flat rate of $4.99. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
